Pirelli Dtragon Supercorsas!!
Just picked up a set from a racer at work! A front and two rears. I know I won't do half what they're capable of, but he's using them to place top five or win every other weekend. Plenty of wear left overall, but the middle of the rears look almost new. I'm prepared to be blown away after riding on Pilot Roads and BT020s. Very, very cool guy to talk to about bikes.

Wonder how many heat cycles they've been through. And placing that high, I imagine there aint shit left on the sides. Be careful turning. Make sure they're plenty hot!

Got them put on my spare wheels today. $24. I think the shop goofed, because the tech told me $22 each.
I'll post up pics in a bit. Got a great deal on a camera over the week. $60 for a 5 megapixel panasonic that's maybe two years old and cost $250-300 new.

WARNING!! 56k DEATH!!
Front: Rear: Second Rear: I have the rotors and sprocket for these wheels, just didn't put them on yet. The tech said he can't balance them till I put them on. Their spin balancer clamps to the rotor faces. Is there any other way to do this? I know a cage balancer won't work right. He said they could just move the stock crimp-on weight around to balance- said the line the Harley dealer gave me was horse-shit. Quote:

Spare wheels as in track wheels? Definately some good tread on the sides still left. Pirelli's need lots of heat to perform their best.

Yep- found a deal on almost new stock wheels to use for track tires. I'm going to start looking for tire warmers, but doubt I'll need them yet.
