Then you must shoot people in cars with Quebec plates, on sight.

I haven't in a while. Used to go through fairly frequently, on the way out to the east.

I run into most of those on the list on a daily basis here.. in NJ I was always scared to drive on the turnpike or parkway when I was learning the ropes. I found out if you signal to lane change most people will let you in fairly fast. Around here they don't know how to drive with other people on the road. So when you signal to make a lane change they just hover at w/e speed they're going and are oblivious you even exist. Of course, it gets better as you get to the city (in my case columbia), however, the road map is so flawed that courtesy doesn't get you very far.

Another thing that they like to do around here is come to a complete stop at yield points and fail to make a right turn on a red even though there's no sign barring against it.

Too bad most are slow as hell. At least on the highway between Gboro and Charlotte.

I didn't see a whole lot of slow drivers, on my last trip to Charlotte. Then again it was during the annual sell-off of NASCAR memorabilia at Lowe's

Sure thing but with how close you are (relatively) to Shannonville, you should think about coming up for the National round, next season.
