Now that I'm awake I'm laughing.
It was probably one helluva shock though...

Yup to look down and see eyes looking back not what I expected. The look on Indy's face when I took his "prize" outside and threw it where he couldn't get it to bring it back in was like WTF mom????

Yeah no joke. Your dog is darker, but that's probably just the golden retriever in him. I think mine is like 80 lbs or so.

Yeah he's got reddish golden retriever hair on his back. And his snout is a bit longer than a labs.

my dog is gonna be 11 years old this thursday and i can't get the bastard to stop relieving himself in the house!! i dunno if it's a defiance thing or if it's just because he is in his golden years. i know for a fact he doesn't like cold or wet weather. he hates to get his feet damp. i love him to death but i am about ready to choke him.

he also is starting to bump into things when the lighting is low. it's kinda amusing to me in a sadistic sort of way. poor thing. must suck getting old.
