Are you going to actually use the frame with parts from theother bike or just the title and get it road legal

Most likely swap things over and keep the original as backup. Other way seems very dangerous/illegal

That's the plan. Building a hawk from the ground ups gonna be way cheaper than effing with a title service. Gonna go transfer the title tomorrow night if I get off in time
