Objection from a former sailor

To the Editor:

I object and take exception to everyone saying that Obama and Congress are spending money like a drunken sailor. As a former drunken sailor, I quit when I ran out of money.

As a former sailor (IC1) I also take offense. With only $47 between paydays (counting sea pay!) I also learned how to pace myself unlike the present Congress and Administration.
