Well water BLOWS! Stained the tile in the shower, the jacuzzi and everything else it touched. Landlord got us on city water, but the stench of sulfur still lingers in the pipes...nasty stuff. If she's using water conditioners could the levels be off? (that's assuming she has to top the water off occasionally)
