Default Another reason to visit Colorado

It's already sold out for this year, but Denver will be holding the 28th annual Great American Beer Festival, the nation's largest gathering of American beers in one place, on Sept. 24-26 at the Colorado Convention Center. Here's an interesting article about the festival and about craft beer. Except for Coors and Budweiser, I never knew that Colorado has 101 other breweries: http://www.denverpost.com/search/ci_13336282. Maybe next year.

Fuck that. I'm tired of the micro-brewery shit. Atlanta is full of them and full of yuppie hipster douchebags who think they are "cool" becuase they don't drink a traditional American beer. Yet when they want to be "tough" they grab a PBR. Makes me want to take my Budweiser bottle and bust it over their head.

I went to a beer festival in Athens (which is probably more liberal than Denver), GA and tried every bathtub brewed stoner combination out there. The only thing they really had over your major breweries was cooler bottle designs (people on acid draw cool pictures).

But then again I only drink two kinds of beer. Budweiser and Free.

Nobody grabs a PBR unless they enjoy drinking piss.

These aren't gangsta wannabes. These are a bunch of communist wannabes who live off their parents money and open an art studio (Despite they have law degrees or an MBA) in some $500k loft and bitch about large corporations while they chill at starbucks at 10am with no where to be.

They drink PBR in mid-town Atlanta like it's the only liquid left on the planet. Well when they aren't drinking some fucked up micro-brewery shit that tastes vaguely like the anti-freeze that fell in my mouth when I pulled a radiator out of a truck.
