My Boxer did not need any training. She just learned from her older brother.

I consider it like raising kids, I can make them learn faster, but I would rather allow him enjoy being a puppy.

Ours were easy to train - BUT you have to me 100% consistent or they will 'forget'. They're stubborn that way...

that's very interesting. ours does not bark, (feel sorry for an intruder who will only "hear" a toy poodle, that thing barks 24/7 )
she definitely leans on us all the time and to let you know she needs to go out she will brush against your leg with her body.

I never knew boxer leaned to herd! I always just though they were super attached to people and had separation anxiety. I love boxers and they love pugs. I'm just too lazy to own such a high energy dog.
