I have had the sam adams milineum ale and the utopia and didnt care for them, was more like abrandy than anything else.

High alcohol content beer really doesn't taste like beer. Usually very heavy and almost syrup-py.

look up sam adams utopia on ebay. I think I might buy 2 bottles when they come out this winter, drink one, and sell the other.

Dumb. Why not just make beer-flavored vodka, it'd most likely taste the same and be a whole lot easier.
