The old Yamaha Virago 535 is a great middleweight cruiser with a seat height of only 27 inches. After she learns how to ride, get her a Ducati Monster 620. I am 5'2" and I ride an RC51 with a Dan Kyle rear link that raises the rear. It is all in what she feels comfortable on. The 06 or 07 gsxr600 I think would be her best bet.

if you can find an old hurricane 600 in decent shape it would be a good bet, it was extra short with a real comfy seat
