I do like sourdough though, if that's what you mean.

My favorite though is pumperknickel, or black russian. Can't ever find the shit though.
Agreed. Pumperknickel rye is by far my fave ourite bread. I hate whole grain and the like though. There are some amazing breads out there that are both healthy and nutritious.

I have never tried black russian, but now I want to.

It's like what they serve at Outback Steakhouse, but heavier and more flavor. They never sell it at regular groceries, just russian stores or sometimes a jewish place

It's cut pretty small, so it's kind of useless for sandwiches.....Which is probably better that way, because otherwise I'd eat too much of it. These days I usually use tortillas if I want to wrap up a bunch of food quick & easy. Bread becomes too much of a good thing, too much carbs, and you have to pay up the ass for the good kind anyway.

What are some people eating for meals after cutting out bread? I did that a couple of years ago and dropped about 5 pounds or so in less then a month from that alone. I forget what I even ate at the time.

I take Omege 3 vitamins and I eat plenty of albacore tuna so I think I'm getting enough good fat from those things.

How are you making your potatoes? Just boiling or baking them?

Starting my new 12-week program today, lifting and eating right. My goal is to drop 25lbs by my trip to Florida in July. It's freakin on like Donkey Kong! No white bread and potatoes for me.
