Day 2 of fire school is done. I need some food ideas. Breakfast and lunch. I'm thinking of putting some cans of tuna in a dish and adding a few things then going at it. I want to cut out bread as much as possible. Any ideas. I need something that will help me get through PT (physical training) and survive class after that.

Breakfast:

Egg whites, peppers, a little salt, pepper to taste. Add ham if you like. One yolk. Mix it up, cook, flip, cook, add low fat cheese, fold over top, allow it time to melt/cook, remove from pan, add salsa as desired. Two whole grain toast to top it off, with whatever you normally drink in the morning (except pop, which I know you dont drink at all)

Healthy, nutritious, and filling.
