Handle every stressful situation like a DOG: If you can't eat it or hump it, pi$$ on it & walk away.

I had a meal replacement shake for brekie. I'm terrible at eating breakfast so I figured this was better than nothing. Been trying them all week.

nom nom nom....

I made breakfast sandwiches this morning: egg whites, scrambled with some low fat cheese with a turkey sausage patty, on a whole wheat sandwich thin.

(of course, since I ate at 6:15, I'm already hungry... time for some yogurt & fruit :woot: )

Lisa is awesome - sometimes she'll make a bunch of eggs and portion it out into small containers with some Canadian bacon. During the week we just pop one in the microwave and toast a whole wheat English muffin and in a couple of minutes we have a hot breakfast sandwich.

I'm not gonna lie, that sounds terrible to me.

It's actually seriously good. Chris can attest to it; he'll tell me if something tastes too 'healthy.'

Yeah, when I was working, I did the same thing - make a few portions ahead of time, so I could just zap them in the morning. But now time isn't as crunched for me in the mornings.

I'm gonna take your word for it, you seem honest.
