Sounds like you need a chiropractor.
For tightness and soreness from my back being out of place, or muscle spasms i usually just head to the chiropractor. If I can't make it there, then I usually just lay down and try not to do too much, muscle relaxers and massages. |

best thing I have tried, learned from a doctor.
Get into the shower, turn it up as hot as you can stand. let it go for a minute or two. now turn it to as cold as you can stand and let it go for a minute or two. continue this a few times. it "massages" the muscles by making them flex in and out kind of thing. otherwise for temp relief Bio freeze works good. very firm (as in plywood under the mattress) bed to sleep on sleep on your back, roll to your side then "roll up" in the morning once it feels better find some good strengthening exercises for your back. reverse crunches work well push ups stretching and yoga style are great as well. |

Stretching is a must. I also found that whenever my workouts worked my abs more than my back - my back would hurt. There is an exercise called the 'Superman' where you lie face down on the floor and alternate lifting your arms and legs off the floor. Right arm and left leg together, then alternate.
