Fair enough.

I know people that would be happy to have a willing buyer at a 75% loss.

Just remember, it can get / could be much worse.

Do people change houses like their underwear? We bought our house back in 1994, even with the shitty housing market it's still worth almost 50% MORE now than what we paid for it back then.
Why is it bad if it's worth less now, if you plan on spending 20, 30 or more years there it shouldn't be a concern.

Mmy cousins bought a house for 280,000, they can't sell it for 30k$ and they have tried... sucks to be them

With all the hassle and headache of the buying process I never want to do that again so I am ridin gout whatever things are worth. granted we lucked out and bought when the market was down and scored a lower rate which enabled us to spend more on a house. Only been a yr and a half so i dont even know what the house is worth now
