They shoot each other all the time down there, this is nothing new. Hell, everyone remembers those idiots shooting at cops trying to rescue people after Katrina. Definitely a anti gun movement thing.

Of course the same statement applies to the NOPD too. If I was black, poor, and living in NO I'd probably avoid getting on that corrupt organization's radar as well.

Two places where I would never live, because of reported ingrained police corruption, are NOLA and Miami.
