Truth - especially down here in Austin. If this continues through the night and the temp stays at or below freezing, they'll declare a city-wide emergency and close roads and especially bridges. I learned to drive on ice growing up off of Lake Michigan, just north of Chicago. I can get to work on time safely, but I'd be afraid of getting clobbered by the rest of the idiots (like I was this morning in simple rainfall by a teeanger). Apparently all education levels down here do not teach physics (Newtonian) or the concept of coefficient of friction.
