Learn to walk the bike backward with the kickstand down or learn the venerable kickstand pivot.

Yeah if I could do the kickstand pivot I'd be good. Maybe I'll get someone to teach me that.

It's easy.

You stand on the left side of the bike, rack the bars all the way to the right, tilt the bike towards you till the front wheel comes up, and spin it around.

Unfortunately, you can also break your side stand doing this, so I wouldn't recommend making a habit of it.

Can you pull in, and turn the bike around in your spot? Then you can ride it out.

Thought about that but it's just too tight and there's a chance I'd drop it trying to get turned around. *sigh*

There are some videos on youtube demonstrating it. Some bikes have much better sidestands than others... the one on my 600-lb V65 Sabre looks like a piece of rebar

I usually use my thigh as a pivot point instead, but if you can't even keep the bike balanced to walk it, that's probably not an option...
