I cant afford to keep him either, its tough enough feeding myself and keeping a good supply of beer around. When were done with the move i will drug him again and send him somewhere else

While amusing and true, it's still all worth it. Especially if you enjoy doing stuff yourself.

There's plenty you won't know how to do going into this, but you'll learn as you go. It's good you have some friends that can help you....and if they can't, you can always ask AMJ. LOL

Most of the stuff I think I iwll be ok with provided I have a little guidance or DIY books/resources. Electrical stuff I am a bit leery of and may have the pros do that so I dont kill myself

As usual nothing is easy, its going to get pushed back since the dumb bitch hasnt gotten the appropriate permits for the deck in the back, and now we havent heard back from her lawyer people had been dicking around on this all frekin week so I may have to make a little roadtrip to help expedite all this.

Then the LL leaves us a message andsays he expects us to pay him 740 dollars for the last 2 weeks of the month in rent I want to see him try to push the issue there, hes been keeping quiet and playing nice but he wants to be a dick and the gloves will come off again.
