Notice: this is a joke and only a joke! The following is said in jest and the poster actually does feel sorry for your pet and you and hopes that your puppy gets better soon! End notice.
So what really happened Rae? I see from the other thread that your dog sleeps with you. Did you roll over and crush your puppy with, um, your puppies? On another note, isn't that an amazingly huge splint for a dislocated toe? |

Nice Tig. No, I didnt smush her. She's always slept with me, we'd both have withdrawals if we werent together (and do), Im that much in love with my dog.
As for the splint size, I thought the same, but being as she's so small and in my eyes "delicate" they could have put her in a full body cast and I wouldnt care. She was such a trooper, mommy however, yeah, not so much. Thankfully I contained myself since it was only a toe. Too, when I worked at a vet office a few years back, things came in XS, S, M, L, XL & XXL, and XS was STILL way too big for a dog Abby's size. If it keeps her from popping it back out, I'll call it good! As for getting around, once she woke up, its as if she isnt wearing a splint at all, she's running around, chasing the cat, going for truck rides and other than overrunning herself, she's not having a problem! Instead of walking on 3 legs as the vet said she would, she's actually using the splinted leg...I call her Peg. |

Duly noted! Will the pink detract from the overall statement?

We can overlook it in this case.
