In MO, you have to have insurance on any vehicle that sits outside, so I would assume you would be able to get insurance even if you don't have a license.

Hmmm, and you could perhaps repost her as driving illegally...in FL its a felony to be driving with no insurance as well, but unless you get busted, its just one of those things...I think most people I know that have had accidents down here were hit by people with no DL, insurance, or had warrants on them...must be a Florida thing...

I am just strongly opposed to people driving without insurance. No license, whatever. No insurance, that reeeeaaalllly makes me angry. |

I'm pretty sure driving with no insurance isnt a felony in FL unless some law was revised recently.
in FL you probably can get insurance with a suspended license, BUT I know few reputable insurance companies will write you a policy. the cheapo crap companies prbably will though. |

I am just so tempted to report her in hopes that she won't do this. Getting hit sucks enough when the responsible party has insurance. |

It does suck. We have good insurance...but it's a total pain in the ass. We'll never see our deductable. This piece of garbage still doesn't have a job.
