The thing is that cedar point is a rollar coaster park. Not a theme park that has some rollar coasters.

I love cedar point and I haven't been there in 8 years!! We were going to head there this weekend because the weather is going to be beautiful..but if people are meeting up I would totally wait a week to put some faces to names

Oh and I found a code online that makes the tickets 35.00 if you buy online

I won't be able to make it and am not really in to roller coasters, but if any of you are near going to be near the Akron area - let me know. I will drive up to say hey!

Idle Wild...I was there a couple of times. My aunt and uncle live in Indiana (PA). I haven't been there in at least 10 or more years...but it was pretty lame last time I was there.

Hershey has a couple of great roller coasters.

Wow. Expensive, but I'd expect that out of a massive place like Disney.

Thats one thing I miss about working in News. We used to get free Hershey Park tix every year.

I was on the Great Bear (no floor) fun stuff. Didn't get to ride the Shuttle Loop though.

Sounds great! It wouldn't take anything to convince me to go this weekend instead of the next one. I was going to see if I could get the military discount... depends how close they look at my old ID.

Great Bear is solid. They put in a new one last year. I forget the name of it. But it's got a crazy first drop of something beyond 90*'s. Pretty wild.
