Looks like he's growing into a pretty impressive dog.

Beautiful animal! And I commend you on not snipping the ears.
I have a pitt (had 2 but had to put Kaya down 6 months ago at the age of 15) His name is BB and he weighs in at 87lbs. Snipping the ears was never an option for me, he was born the way he is and who am I to change it?? This was taken of his mom a couple of months before I had to put her down I miss her

I agree. Leave them the way they were born. I wouldn't crop anything on any breed of dog, unless it was because of health concerns. Uncropped Pitts probably keep the OMG IT'S A MEAN OLD PITBULL crowd at bay. I bet most of them wouldn't even recognize one as a pitbull.

I agree ..that and the fact that mine is bigger than a standard pitt ...
It's funny, when you raise them as family pets, they are so sweet. It's a shame they get such a bad rap.

Brinks is huge, and awesome. The giant raw hide bone reminds me of my lab when we used to give him one for xmas. It was always fun watching him try and run through the door frames with it.

Thanks and the trick to the dish thing is to find a container that will fit both the size of the bowls and the proper height. I wanted 18" high for his and I already had the super nice dishes... just had to find the proper size container. |

Here's a couple of new pics for everybody. Sometimes the wife drags his bed out to the living room.
Then the other day we working on stuff around the house... did hear the dog... I walked past the living room and didn't see him either... thought oh hell he's probably sleepin on the other side of the love seat... come bk from the garage... look what I find... Then we got word the other day... we have been approved for greyhound adoption. Sat 14th we get Brinks a new bud! |

I love those pictures. I instantly see my dog in him. same exact behavior, just curl up whereever you're happy and thats that.
Good luck with the adoption, should be a great friend for Brinks. |
