Hmmmm
Parallel twin, dual overhead cams, dry clutch, looks like mag valve covers and oil pan, and it looks a LOT like a featherbed frame.

OK, the brakes are magnesium too, they look like the Menani-Fontana 210mm's. Common on 350 and larger bikes. With all the magnesium on the bike (that is magnesium, isn't it?) I'd guess maybe AJS or possibly Matchless, they used a lot of Magnesium.
