Here's a thought, if you're in the program working, maybe one of the details you draw is working in a daycare (under supervision.) Maybe you'll be driving a bus. We're already giving these people money, so involving them in providing service isn't too much of a stretch.

Considering that most people arent qualified to do pro bono legal work or volunteer at a free clinic all they have available to them is either manual labor or maybe some type of social work like visiting the elderly.

I pay for that shit out of my taxes. I'm not taking "handouts" (if I were collecting unemployment) anymore than me getting a "handout" from the insurance company if my car is involved in an accident. So now he wants to punish everybody for the abuses of a few by turning everyone who is unfortunate enough to be unemployed into slave labor for the state?
