Isn't the suspension on the 1125 better than the 12r? I don't know about the engines, but Buell suspensions were meh pre-1125.

How many miles are on that thing?

Quite serious.
Sure the 1125R is faster, but it is jerky as hell at low speed and it lacks the visceral appeal & 'character' that the air-cooled engine has in spades.
For the speeds I normally ride, the XB would have been a better choice.

I still keep thinking about a 9r or 9s as a possibility for a next ride. Its on the short list atleast.
