BTW I have heard people say that if you do any "work" in your garage that its harder to find dropped parts on the dark floors.

You can thank Megan for that work of genius - she ambushed his Vette when we were at her New Year's party.

Are you planning to do any work in the garage, or just park in it?
I've got corrugated steel roofing for the bottom 4', with white pegboard over it, (stole the idea from a guy on the old garagejunkies forum), then over that I've got composite board, since it's easy to nail shit to (I've got 12' walls).

Yea most all of my pegboard is in the 12' x 16' building/workshop out back.

i'll be doing some work in there...both on the bikes and on the cars.....

i was looking at the epoxy floor stuff....black base and some grey and maybe blue chips or something like that....didn't think itd be to bad to find bolts though....

not sure on wall color, but don't want white like it is now....

will have lots of race/bike pictures up on the wall...want to put a small single bike lift in the middle of the stall, tool boxes on the side/back....peg board will be up on some part of the wall...hang tools from and also to hang spare body work from the walls....

going to check out the garage junkie forum as well.....

Yea non white walls do look good but the white walls help alot with lighting.

I haven't really had any problems with my black flooring as far as finding dropped bolts and stuff.

If your going to have a lot of posters I would just go with the white. If not you might need to add more lights with the dark floor and non white walls.
