and anyone caught eating a cheeseburger while more then 10 lbs overweight should automatically pay more for health insurance. i don't feel like paying for their heart attack that they know is coming.
i normally wear my helmet 98% of the time so it wouldn't bother me either way, I just hate the whole "they should pay more for ins then me" thing. everyone has risks that could cost money from a medical standpoint and everyone takes chances that increase their risk at some point. |

If your car has airbags, or anti-theft devices, you can get discounts.
Wear a helmet? Get a discount. Don't wear one? Pay more. Simple. Works just like insurance does already.
