Comments like "You must be a pig " and "Military = free ride " are not funny, no matter how many lol smilies you put after them. Now if, instead, you had typed something along the lines of "I was going to join the Marines, but I was too polysyllabic" or "I was going to join the Navy, but I dislike goatse and gay bukkake porn," I could laugh along with you. But your comments, as they stand, are hardly even worthy of the name "insults."
so then STFU and ignore me ...its not hard Nancy... not everyone has the same humor...twats like you have none....it's OK... I'm sure you'll get through.

Like I told ducati_atx, I work across the street from a bunch of Marines. Come over, say this shit in front of them, and then you can say it all you want. Otherwise, keep your fucking mouth shut.

Point in case. Or case in point. Essentially, you are effectively demonstrating the afore mentioned lack of humor in your posts which I was attempting to convey. Or, perhaps in terms you'll understand:

Get bent, fuckknuckle. This thread isn't for you.

5 years active in the Marines, plus a year mobilization from the reserves. All the bases I was at in Iraq are gone now, or handed over to another coalition country.

After a year off contract, I took a 6 year hitch with the Navy reserves. I'm almost four years through. Retirement be damned, I'm done when this contract is up.

What the... since when does the AF wear the Marine soft cap? I saw a metric shit ton of AF on my deployment since I was stationed at Balad AB (LSA Anaconda to you Army folk), and I just never saw that while I was there... only regular soft caps or boonie caps. Granted that was in '04.. Is that a new thing?

the regular soft cap isn't authorized in DCU's in the AOR... even though that's what they issue us at our home bases they 8 point or boonie are the only ones your allowed to wear (for Air Force in DCU's) in our new ABU's... who the fuck knows

it was that way my both of my deployments (summer of 06 for Iraq and Summer of 07 for Kuwait)
