I've got a 2002 VTX 1800 C I bought new in Jan of 02, 34,600 miles this week. Use it for commuting, keeping my sanity and making Harley's look silly when they try to run me It's got at least 7K worth of chrome, progressive suspension, chrome, polished billit, chrome, ultimate seat, chrome, VTX F Spec3 wheels, chrome, Proton4 intake (only about 128 made) and did I mention...chrome?
Fun part on this bike is the torque Had an '86 V65 Magna before the X, found it used in '98 with 16K on it and it was in great shape, fun bike. This was my first street bike. Had 24K after a year and a half and I sold it to a buddy after I got my X.

off-topic, I'm writing a satirical, metaphorical song about the economy, here's the lyrics; Make a copy of the ignition key, paying with cash at a mom and pop hardware store with no cameras that's a good ways away from where you live. (drum solo) (chorus) Wait two months. Wait two months. Wait two months. Park it and leave it running in a terrible neighborhood at 2 in the morning, IN THE MORNING! IN THE MORNING! IN THE MORNING! have a friend pick you up in a car with the license plate removed. Wait two hours, two hours! two hours! two hours! report it stolen from your friends house, your friend who picked you up is your alibi as you were watching tv at his place all night when your bike got stolen from his driveway. (chorus) Wait two months. Wait two months. Wait two months. Get money for your stolen bike, buy a gsxr. (guitar solo)

Ok, here we go.
1988 GSXR1100J. Used for everything I can come up with. Daily rider, canyon strafing, two-up riding, bike nights, etc. ~63,000 Km. Mods: Devil full system, steel braided lines front and rear, busted up bodywork courtesy of the last owner, exhaust leak, trashed rear shock. It's actually going under the knife sometime in the next couple of weeks to fix the shock and bodywork, then it's off to paint and powdercoat. 2004 Kawasaki ZX636R B1. Used for noddagoddamnthing. Sitting in storage in the US since April 2007 and will be until at least 2010. Mods: M4 high-mount slipon, BMC Filter, Vortex Frame Sliders, ZG Dark Smoke Double Bubble. I can't wait to get this thing back. 1995 Kawasaki ZZR400 (wife's bike). Used for making my knuckles bleed and increasing my vocabulary. This thing had been sitting, exposed and uncovered, in a parking lot for 3 years when the wife set her heart on it. It's since had a new chain, brakes all around, rebuilt carbs, rebuilt front master cylinder, new fuel lines and fuel filter, new air filter, spark plugs, oil change, battery, and a bunch of other little shit (like removing rust from everywhere). It's actually at the shop now getting inspected and should be road legal sometime next week.
