Think LEDs would be way better than the old LCDs whether round or bar. Doesnt mean I thing to me cause I never pay the tach any mind. I did without on on my SV racer and ZX6R, just watch for the shift light....

The black looks better to me because it hides/blends some of what I don't like about the looks.

This ZX may hand it to the other in line 4s and with Ducati absent for a year or so...
Yep, actually I expect them to quietly change the programming of the butterflys from the lawyer nanny crap they gave us to a real 1:1 and call it a hp gain arrogant fucks

Just now bothered to look up the specs based on DRY weight:

2005 - 374.9
2008 - 395

This would indicate that at least part of your statement above is incorrect. Didn't bother to look up power.

I still don't like the 2011. It looks like the ass end is just hanging out there like some stretched poser bike.

LCDs do some things rather well. making fast changes in sunlight isin't one of them. folks shouldn't judge an LED bar tach based on lcd failings.

i guess most of you guys dont have any seat time in s2000s eh?

Quoting myself, I still could give a fuck less what it looks like OR what the tach reads...If it walks the walk...it is a win.
