I would go for that possibly if it was a 600..
250 just wouldn't make me want to drop the cash..

considering they will let you race em, I would do it. I don't really want to risk my bike in competition. That would be awesome if they ran the series out here. I would be interested in getting a 250 for that.

These guys are in Vegas at like every track day:
http://www.trackbikerental.com/ It looks like that race bike rentals place is doing it specifically for the Ninja 250 cup that's part of WSMC this year. The series is sponsored by Kawi, so I wouldn't be shocked if Kawi fronted the money to start up that little company to encourage more riders in the class.

that would be pretty cool and not bad - $250 - considering a track day alone is usually around $150.. i think a 250R would be alot of fun on the track..

not only a track day, but you can rent them to participate in the league races. You guys demanding 600s don't know what you are missing. I race 88cc pit bikes and it's a ton of fun. You don't need a fuckin 600 to have a freakin blast racing, plus for only $250 you will never find a deal like that for renting a 600 setup to race let alone a stocker for rent.

everyone is all about power, etc. i tell you what that 600 you will never use 3% of all that power and capability.. i go to grattan and guys on 125s are passing me like I am standing still in the turns.. it pisses you off when you are in your grove thinking you are going somewhat fast doing alright and a damn dirtbike goes whipping by.. i think the 250R would be a blast on the track.. you could probably get pretty close to running it full bore..
