How often do you weigh yourself?
I grew up in a household that was nutty about weight, so I weighed myself at least once a day. Yes I know, wackadoodle.
Now, sometimes it's every week, or if I forget, whenever I get around to it. How often do you weigh yourself? |

I'm not actively pursuing weight loss, but I like to know if I'm starting to put some back on or losing some by my regular activities.
Generally a couple of times a week is enough for my needs.
