Sometimes Kharma catches you sooner rather than later
This AM... (short so I will post the entire story...)
Police ID speeding motorcyclist who eluded police, died in crash 02:10 PM CST on Friday, January 2, 2009 By BLANCA CANTU / The Dallas Morning News A Grapevine man died this morning after running two red lights and eluding an officer, possibly at speeds of 100 mph or more, Bedford police said. Lt. Kirk Roberts said an officer saw motorcyclist Brett Miller, 26, run a red light at Martin Drive and Harwood Road about 5:30 this morning. The officer — who did not activate his lights and sirens — drove up to Miller and noticed a license plate was missing. Police said Miller then ran another red light at Central Drive, and the officer activated his lights and sirens. Miller sped away at an estimated 60 mph in a 40 mph zone before turning around in a parking lot and heading down Central in the opposite direction, police said. As Miller traveled through the Bedford Road intersection, he crashed into the driver’s side of a four-door car. Police said Miller may have been traveling at 100 mph or more. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The car’s driver was taken to North Hills Hospital in North Richland Hills, and the patient's condition was not immediately available, police said. |

a couple of red lights=deserves to die? That's not karma my friend. He was stupid and I never run in town myself but I really don't think it's appropriate to celebrate his demise...

Not celebrating his death... khar⋅ma /ˈkɑrmə/ Show Spelled Pronunciation [kahr-muh] Hinduism, Buddhism. action, seen as bringing upon oneself inevitable results, good or bad, either in this life or in a reincarnation He ran 2 red lights, ran at a high speed from a cop, and died... sounds like kharma to me... |
