Default thieves and their family BEWARE!

at least in TX

CPRC ~ 83.001 Civil Immunity A defendant who uses force or deadly force that is justified under Chapter 9, Penal Code, is immune from civil liability for personal injury or death that results from the defendents use of force or deadly force, as applicable.

no more paying off of "thieves" family.

I agree; very sad things that should be common sense require that they be spelt out. It isn't the person who shot a thief, who deprived his family of that income, etc.. It's that family member who broke the law and did so.
