1 week and still no TV...cable/satelite horror

Do they not offer packages that cost less than this where you live? I have cable instead of sattelite because we have 3 TV's and I don't want to pay the fee to be able to watch different shows in different rooms if none of us want to watch the same thing. I also have only expanded basic though, so, it doesn't cost much. I know its not HD but that's not a big deal to me.
