Last I saw Citadel seemed to decide that hanging out on forums wasn't as fullfilling as going out and actually doing things in real life so he kinda dropped off the radar.

I could be wrong.

Yeah a lot of people make that claim. When in reality they're just peeved things aren't working out in that forum for whatever reason. So they join another.

Posting personal stuff from another forum seems a lil' out of bounds

Dunno what the sex offender thing is all about, but even someone who takes a leak in his backyard could end up being put on that list. Shit's weak without further explanation.
