it's a design flaw - the corner of the gas tank sticks out past the frame and, as you can easily see, grounds right through in a crash. There are now 'tank protectors' out there and our race club just passed a rule that they're required on '07 & '08 R6's for that very reason. Let's hope they work.

Some have tested well. WERA made them mandatory too.

The title of the vid is retarted. That doesn't make me think twice about going to a track day. Stuff like that happens. I might as well post a vid of someone getting robbed and title it "This might make you think twice about going outside."
