I use a Kholster as well.

I wear my holsters at roughly 4 o'clock. I haven't had it fall out when pissing at a urinal. When shitting, I have to hold the gun. A mild inconvenience, sure, but it's a breeze to put back in place, and I rarely shit in public.

I've thought about it before, but compared to the AR's simple, nearly toolless modular design, Kalashnikovs require a bit more of a workshop than I have access to.
Nice rifles there.
