I get bored riding on the street from time to time. But the second I get a chance to hit the dirt, or the local track it is excitement city again.

Street riding, yes. Dirt/track not a chance!

I do like being alone mostly. But I also feel like I push myself harder in a group. I'm also very picky about who I'll ride with; no squids allowed.

And I agree about the "lazy" thing. A lot of times the truck is just easier. However, even for the short rides & commutes I find myself doing these days, my motorcycle exhilarates me.

I don't think I will ever get bored since I don't get to ride during winter. Even if I didn't have the break, I wouldn't get bored. It does get a little lonely when you don't have anyone to ride with you. |

Wow! I'm itching to ride off-road more, but I don't think I want it to be quite that exciting!
I can't ever imagine being 'bored' with riding - it's simply a part of me. Even in my most 'down' times, it never fails to push everything else aside & force me to live in the moment. I'm really looking forward to consistent warm weather coming back around so I can get many more miles in this year - including some long solo trips & camping off the bike! |

i've met many - ok, several but I don't get out much - women who don't ride anymore because it got "boring". What they really meant is that it didn't make up for all the looks and personality they're lacking and they didn't get as many dates as the salesperson promised them. Boring.
ya, whatever.
