Ebbs is right,I run the Ti sprockets and am very happy with them. They save A LOT of unsprung weight and they last forever. I had 40,000 miles on my '03 and the teeth still looked like new. I haven't noticed any unusual chain wear but I'm very meticulous when it comes to lining up my chain/sprockets. Besides,I've never seen a chain "wear out" but only "stretch out" if you know what I mean. I got the tri-metal sprockets and a top of the line chain for under $200 direct from supersprox. If you call them, they will be happy to help you with any re-gearing you may want to do. Oh and like Ebbs said, they have a lifetime warranty.
Ha maybe I'll get some credit on your next fucking blog....try and help these kids and what do you get..... |

Nope. The most expensive sprocket offered is the full Ti II sprocket which retails for $169,followed by the Ti I sprocket for $139 and lastly, the Tri metal goes for $129 retail. They also offer Ti chain if you are crazy about saving weight! They had a special for $79 rear only or a kit for $200,I think... BTW Sidewinder doesn't sell too many Tri-metal sprockets anymore and they are marketed by Supersprox now. I was lucky enough to get another Ti tri-metal sprocket after letting my old one go with my '03 GSXR (like an idiot!). |

Not to suck Supersprox's dick or anything but that's probably the "hot" race set-up,as 520 is typically used in racing. Man,imagine the weight savings.... 520 kit with Ti front and rear AND Ti chain....
