I guess its cool cuz its different and it actually glows. But the quality of the glow paint is crap. It literally looks like a toy you'd find at the bottom of a cereal box... So verdict says....its ASS!

I like for mere safetey factor. with your headlight on no-one from the front will notice and with streetlights on it may glow a little... I like it... then again i am far from the norm on many things...
