modification and a 636 front end fixes the look greatly. stock GS suspension HAS TO GO. otherwise, its a great bike. the GS500 E and F are exactly the same, except for the carburetors and bodywork addition, plus an oil cooler on the F models.

I've got a whole GS frame here that I want to get rid of, no suspension or motor, nor bodywork. want it?

bob you got any sportier pics of a complete gs? Im kinda curious now...

Its just so tempting to take an 08 250 that looks the part already and run a new motor (2-stroke) in that little freak. Maybe even KTM 300 electric start...

check out the GS500F, current production model on Suzuki's site. they're pretty sporty looking to me. I understand that the fairings from an F series can also be put on an E version without problems. they just need something like the GSXR tail on there to really clean things up a bit.

my frame has no title, but its for sale at this point. I just need the cash for a 250 swingarm conversion on my 500.

Well, I have a new suit waiting on my in Knoxville or I would be all over that. Give me some time to put things back on track and if you still have it we will revisit this frame idea. I'm not going to stop till I have had my fill of 2-stroke street bikes. Even if building one or two drives me insane.

Thanks man, Its nice to open my mind up to another way of thinking frame wise. And its A suzuki! a j23 Lucky strike (newer RS250 style) would be my dream bike if I could find one, but I have give up on that way of thinking. Its build time Brother!

I'll probably be keepin it, in the meantime I'm working on acquiring a title for it so it can be used for street purposes instead of strictly track. gonna be a PITA, but hey, I got time. just let me know when ya want it and we'll work out a deal. hell I'd like to get rid of it, so probably anything over $50 but less than 100 would get it, plus freight of course. I found pallets near my place, just gotta go fetch one.

Cool man. Do you think a RS250 swing arm would be able to mount up to that bad boy with proper spacers?
