Meal time for me can really vary wildly right now too because of the craziness at work. That's just adding to the problem, because I usually just grab something that's quick which is usually trash food. I use to walk during lunch at work, that doesn't happen anymore because my lunch is about 5 mins long....

If you want to get in better shape than you are try each hour doing 50 squats, 50 pushups and 50 situps. It takes 2 minutes, can be done anyware and you will start to turn some of that massive amount of flab in your moobs and your gut into muscle.
Wont help much with cardio but will keep somewhat of a training regiment going. Also you dont really loose cardio much. You can take fairly long (months long) breaks from physical activity and within a few decent workouts regain any losses you have from sitting on your fat ass. This is because your heart is constantly pumping, constantly getting a decent workout so you really don't loose too much cadriac strength.

I try and do 50/50/50 hourly, but usually by the afternoon I'm down in the 20s and 30s. The point is to do something rather than nothing. I do it for whatever I'm at work for, usually 8 hours or so a day 5 days a week.
Incidently a special on the natural bridge just came on TV. It looks shitty

Like I said, just do what you can. if you do it once or twice a day, then alright, more better. You will notice a difference after a few weeks.

I'm sitting at 3 mile runs 3x a week. swimming at least 600 yards 6x a week and 1 day a week of 5+ miles...
gonna suck though I'm going on leave from the 15th through the 8th... and though I might be able to run once or twice, most of it is gonna be me driving... |
