Default Dog's bad back

I've got a mutt dog thats part beagle and something else. He looks like a mini lab. I think his back is hurting again. Is there something specific I can have the docs do or give him?

Is there anything I can give him that'll make his back stronger?

Sure it's his back and not his hips? Depending on the other breeds, he may have a congenital hip issue...

Its his back. Last time he did something and could barely walk. This time no where near as bad but I put pressure on his back and he let me know. They did an xray last time and about half way is two disc closer than all the others. Im sure its from jumping and putting his front legs up on things.

Doc gave him two shots, prednisone, and tramadol. Said to keep him confined as much as possible for two weeks. Needs to keep his back as still as possible. Sucks because I havent closed on the house yet so Im still living with family so he has to be outside at times.

I bring Puggy to the doggy chiropractor. Is there one in your area?

My pug started losing control of her bladder. I thought she had some pinched nerves just from compensation from surgery after being hit by a car years ago (which turned out to be true). Xrays from the regular vet came back fine and they suggested meds but I wanted to avoid the meds. She's been virtually cured of her incontinent issues after I got her adjusted the first time. She has gotten adjust 3x so far and she is doing great, her posture looks better and better
