naw... I'm good... lifting isn't really my thing... I lifted in HS and never got any bigger... just got cut. but that was for sports... now I have no reason to lift now...

I run... I still weigh the same as I did 12 years ago my junior year in HS.


as for an eating plan... you insane?! all the good for you food tastes like shit!

i lift the hoagies to my mouth... but they're getting heavy so i'm thinking of getting a helper money to do that for me.

I haven't lifted in over 10 years but I use to do competative powerlifting...I was a big guy..competed @ 242 then I stopped lifting after my coach died and put on an extra 60lbs at my heaviest then one day looking in the mirror I said to myself HELL NO and went on my own diet routine and have never looked back...Feel Im in the best shape of my life @ 189 Lean & Cut..I do pushups and work hard but that's it..Diet is 80% of it!
