mojito's are my #1 fav. I make them regularly.
Here's one from yesterday IMG00362-20111229-1644.jpg I muddle the mint leaves, 1/4 lime squeezed in, mash them, 3oz or so of Bacardi Lemon, 4 ice cubes, diet sierra mist, the other 1/4 lime squeezed & dropped in. I was told about the sierra mist... it's easier and taste better than club soda and simple sugar. It adds more citrus. Not fruity. Come on over, we'll make em, see how many you can drink. LOL |

I love Mojito's Only place I've had a "Great" one was Cuba Libre in Atalantic City...So good I took a sip and bought another one before I even finished the first!
