Yeah hanging drywall up over the studs is one thing that makes it look like it's progressing, and then the painting is the other. Those two things just visually change it so much you're like Damn!!!

And yes... once you've worked with cheap paint and decent paint, you'll never have trouble making the decision again.

Yeah someone else suggested to me I take some photos that are from the same vantage point as a few of the original ones to show the transformation.

Another buddy suggested I print out one or two start photos and one or two finish photos and hang them up in the place when it's done; I thought that was a pretty cool idea.
