But don't abuse the sleeping pills. It's easy to do so when life seems to be too much to handle. Trust me, I know.
HH, if you need to talk to someone who's been there, I'm always around. I'll PM you my cell.  I stayed depressed for months after my 2nd husband left. I had a really difficult time dealing with life for a long time. It's been well over a year since he left & it's only been the last 3 or 4 months I've started coming out of my depression. I still have issues, but for the most part, I'm content in where I am at this point & am glad the depression has finally ran it's course, although occassionally it tries to sneak up on me. I know how far I've come & I'm doing MUCH better. Seriously, I know I've only been a member of TWF a short time, but I've been where you are & am willing to listen if you need someone. Sometimes just talking to someone who understands helps.
