When I was 15 i got a warning for 130 in a 45...

Then 3 years ago, I get popped for $180 because i moved close to the center of the lane while behind traffic to get fresh air in the radiator to cool her down some.... state trooper swares i crossed the double yellow into oncoming traffic and I was creating a panic amongst the other motorists.
